It'll take about two weeks to complete the process of seeing whether you qualify or not (10-15 business days means count weekdays; Saturdays and Sundays don't count)
There are one year leases.
So if you're accepted then after you've been there for a year, you may have the option of staying if they allow you to "renew" your lease or you may have to go.
You need $200 extra for a security deposit.
If you have a cat, then you need a $150 security deposit that you'll get back if your cat doesn't do damage they have to pay for AND you'll need a $150 fee that you WON'T get back.
Only cats are allowed as pets.
There are low-income requirements and the amount is based on how many people will live in the unit: the more people live there, the higher the "income cap" is...for every additional person who will live there, the low-income requirement goes a little higher.
It appears that they accept students particularly full-time students in various situations. You should call and ask them to clarify that.
