Is it unhealthy for me to drink (alcohol) twice a month?

I'm almost 15 years old and i know its illegal (I live in Greece though, and i can drink when im 18+), but i like it. I usually drink alone. Please dont tell me to stop. The reason im asking this question is because i dont want to damage my brain cells. Generally, I drink a lot of water and im extra careful with how much alcohol i consume.I even use an online breathalyser to be sure. I NEVER get wasted, i just want a GOOD buzz. So, is it unhealthy for me to get drunk twice a month?

Well its not actually, but there are ALOT of things to keep in mind. For instance, what are you drinking? Some spirits are going to be much worse than others, and beer really should for the most part avoided ( lots of empty calories). Where as wine has actually been shown to be good for you ( in moderation) a glass of red wine a day is thought to be good for your heart. Another point of interest would be how much, moderation is a HUGE part to anything you do, if you are drinking to get drunk, it doesnt matter how often you do it, its bad for you. Id be more worried about your liver than your brain. Everytime you drink too much, your liver will develop scar tissue, which can lead to cancer, and cirrhosis. So I guess in closing, if your drinking to get a good buzz, wine, 2 glass max (which would give even me a good buzz) and make sure youve eaten before hand, and have had plenty of water through out the day. Dont go anywhere, and use your brain. Oh and dont do it on a school night, nobody wants to sit in class with a hangover.
