All three of these are 45-50% meat protein and grain free. Of course they cost more than the less healthy foods but since they're so nutrient dense your cat eats MUCH less of it. I find I buy food about 2/3 as often as I did when I fed the cheaper stuff. And since these foods lack the fillers of other foods the cat's body uses up more of the food - so less waste comes out - which means less litter scooping and litter changing.
Blue Buffalo Wilderness can be found at PetSmart - one of the very few healthy foods they carry. Innova Evo and Petcurean - go to the company websites to find stores near you. Petcurean's a Canadian and not very well distributed yet in the states but Innova is.
Don't feed your cat all all-dry diet, though, it's very unhealthy. It lacks the moisture a cat's body needs for vital organ function. My cats also split a can or two of the smaller cans of food each day.
