Mary Jane's Cat Supplies

Okay so here the thing, my friendly neighbour decided to help my phobia towards dogs by buying a big brown hairy one that currently resides in his backyard. The wall between our houses is not big enough to prevent the dog from peering into my garden. At first whenever any member of my family went outside he would go crazy barking like his life depended on it. I avoided going out for so long until I practically had no choice. As soon as I went out he jumped on the wall............ I froze! Surprising he didn’t bark instead just stared at me, his eyes were literally fixated on me as I took out the garbage and went back inside. At the time I didn't think much of it and just thanked God for my lucky escape. Now whenever I enter my yard he just stares at me and I mean badly, his eyes follow me as I walk across my garden and once I could of sworn I saw him blink at me What’s up with this dog!!
Someone please shed some light on this situation.
