Is Kitty Kaviar safe for cats to eat on a daily basis?

Kitty Kaviar are a dried fish flake snack that my cat loves.

I put some on her dried food every morning.

It is made from Bonito which is part of the tuna-fish family and I've heard that there is something in tuna that is bad for cats to eat on a regular basis.

The webiste promotes the snack as being a healthy supplement for cats (but advise not to use it as the primary meat ingredient in a cat's diet). However, is there something about bonito flakes that could be bad for a cat's health?

If you are only giving your cat a few a day, It really won't do any harm. It's true that Tuna meant for humans is bad for cats but large amounts in place of balanced meals would have to be given to do any real harm.
