Continental confirmed my flight purchase and sent me an E-Ticket does that mean i have a spot on that flight?
the site shows that all seats are occupied for that flight, and only have the "premium seats"
if i get bumped do they have to get me to my destination ASAP
Flights can be confirmed by an airline without a seat assignment being given -- if this is the case, your seat will show up as unassigned on the reservation. This doesn't mean that you won't fly -- there are typically several rows of empty seats on a plane that show as unavailable (such as the exit rows) that can be assigned on the day of the flight.
You'll probably want to show up at the airport a little earlier than you usually would to ensure that you get one of the seat assignments. If the flight is oversold and you don't have a seat assignment, this makes you a prime candidate to be involuntarily bumped from the flight.
