Chicken or Salmon as main ingredient in Cat food?
Do your cats prefer chicken, or salmon flavored cat food? Is one better than the other?
The brands I'm looking at say they have "real" (no by products) chicken or salmon, so I'm not sure which one I should pick out for my male cat. Any experience with either one?
I give my guy a variety. He obviously can't tell me whether he likes a variety or not, I just assume eating the same thing day after day for years would get boring..
Right now he gets a mix of 3 dry foods. I'll drop it down to two when a bag is empty. When the second bag is empty, I'll rotate something else in. He also gets canned food and I get a couple of brands and a couple of flavors. Plus I use raw food and pick one of three raw meats for him. I've heard it can make for a picky cat but he eats whatever I put in front of him and has been for a few years now
