Is showering 4-5 daily overdoing it or is it a sign of me being clean?
I enjoy showering; also, it makes me feel good when I am done with it I feel like I am clean. I simply hop in the shower for 5 minutes take a shower and op out. What do you think?
Probably overdoing it. I don't really see a practical need to do it more than twice a day regularly... You could dry your skin out.
