The molarity of fluoride ions is:
[F-] = ρ(F-) / M(F-)
= 0.0222g/L / 19g/mol
= 0.00117 M

Assuming that solution is saturated, ion concentrations satisfy solubility product:
Ksp = [Ca2+] · [F-]²
= 0.00128 · (0.00117)²
= 1.75×10^-9

If solution is not saturated the actual value of Ksp is larger.
