How to remove Soft Claw nail caps?
I just glued on my cat's nails soft claw caps and she hates it!! My other cat doesn't even notice she has them on... But now she's chewing on them and pulling them off which seems to be hurting her paws, she doesn't look like she's in pain but I'm just concerned she will rip her nails off!! How can I remove them myself without hurting her? And I don't want to wait 4-6 weeks for them to fall off...
A groomer or veterinarian may have solvent that will take the caps off. Your cat can cause herself serious damage and infection if you allow the biting to continue. Get ahold of your vet or groomer ASAP and ask them if they can help.
If not, I would try nail polish remover WITH acetate. That will dissolve just about anything. Do NOT let kitty get a lick of the chemical.
You may have to look at a beauty supply shop for this kind of remover.
