You are standing in the guest house of my writing life. Feel free to adjust the lighting and temperature to suit your tastes. While you're here, please explore my stories.
I write young adult novels with more than a touch of the supernatural. I also write some flavor of science fiction involving a fresh take on the ever-clichéd FBI and gray aliens. Though fun and sometimes horrific on the surface, my stories ebb & flow with emotional undercurrents that propel the characters to influence -- and grow from -- the story events.
Although my objective is to write saleable, marketable novels that entertain the reader, I take pride in building stories upon classic themes such as responsibility, redemption, and self-sacrifice. I am influenced by teh writing ofNeal Shusterman, F. Scott Fitzgerald, William Sleator, and Dean Koontz.
